Naked 2 ~ The Review

Having had my Naked 3 palette for almost a year now and still being just as impressed with it as I was the day I bought it, I decided to take the plunge and purchase the Naked 2 palette.

The Naked 2, is a lot different from the Naked 3. It containing more golds, oranges, browns and darker toned colours and is perfect for a soft everyday look, or a dramatic evening look. Unlike the Naked 3 which contains mainly pinks, rose golds and soft browns and taupe colours, better for Spring/Summer looks.

At £38.00 the palette is definitely not cheap, however, the quality and consistency of the eye shadows is like no other. Urban Decay are the raining champions when it comes to eye shadows. It is 110% worth the splurge and you can buy it in most Debenhams stores or online here.

Below, are some soft, everyday looks I have created using the palette.

I hope you enjoyed this post, reviewing one of my favourite products! Have any of you tried the Naked palettes?

Finding a Hair Miracle...

So I will happily hold my hands up and admit to being the laziest person on the planet when it comes to taking care of my hair. This has unfortunately, taken its toll on my hair. After dying and bleaching it many times, I have finally come to the realisation that it is in DESPERATE need of some tlc.

Normally, I would just wash my hair with shampoo and conditioner and be done with it. However, when Garnier launched their brand new range under the Ultimate Blends umbrella called The Strength Restorer I thought I'd give it a go.

The range consists of a shampoo, conditioner, restoring mask and a serum. I remember having been for a moisture mask at the hairdressers before and it worked miracles, so I decided to purchase the restoring mask to do myself as home.

Not only, does it smell GORGEOUS but it also makes my hair feel so soft. I use the honey scented mask once a week and the best thing is, it only takes one minute to work! I wash my hair as normal then put the mask all over and leave it for a minute. I then rinse it out and straight away I can feel the results!

I was so happy with the mask that I decided to go back and purchase the serum. Again, the honey scented product makes the hair smell amazing and feel super silky. I put this on everytime I wash my hair. I only put the serum on the ends as these are my problem areas. I then leave it to sink in for a bit before blow drying my hair.

I haven't had chance to use the serum as much as the mask, but after the first use I was impressed and knew that the standards would be that of the restoring mask.

Overall, I really am pleased with Garnier's new range and think it may just be the miracle my hair needs! I will definately be going back to get the shampoo and conditioner!

Have you tried the range? What did you think?
